Send a self-addressed, postage paid, 8”X10” or larger envelope to:

Hero card requests are limited to two cards per request (one per team). Postage for one card is $.65 and $1.30 for two cards.

E-mail requests will not be filled. Requests not containing the proper sized envelope or appropriate return postage will not be filled.

All other autograph requests must be addressed to the driver in care of Haas CNC Racing (see example below) and must contain proper postage and pre-addressed packaging for return shipment.
